It is meat to be a layer of coconut vanilla, then jam, then the strawberry layer..
Somehow my jam sunk and my layers are all over the place..

Freshly baked cakes...
2 loaves of banana bread and the CWA Neopolitan cake...
Which I am afraid tastes very nice but wouldn't meet their standards...

Who cares where the layers are. It looks yummy!
ummmm arrr yoir icing is over the sides a tad ....lol...wait till I cook it.
