The death toll from Victoria's bushfires has risen to at least 76, police say.
The revised death toll makes the Victorian bushfires the worst in Australian history.
The Black Friday blaze in 1939 claimed 71 lives, while the 1983 Ash Wednesday fires had a death toll of 75.

The loss of houses continues to rise, so far its over 700.

What a day....and most of this was deliberately lit !!
