Creme Brulee

It was perfect, so creamy and smooth.
I borrowed my aunties Kitchen blow torch.
Made 6 and all gone.
This was the last one to be "torched"
I forgot to take a photo, so stopped and re-started again,
think its better to do a layer sugar, torch, then another layer.
It looks burnt in 2 spots but its the caramelisation of the sugar.
will be making this again.
The recipe is from Gary Meaghans new cookbook,
I warmed the cream and egg yolk mixture first.

Yummy !!! Marco torches a layer of sugar then a second layer ....he is coming to yor your house to show you ...lol...
