Happy Easter

Well its Good Friday today,

we have had hot cross buns for breakfast,

made salmon patties/cakes for tea.

and I think there might be a little chocolate inbetween.

Easter Sunday the bunny will have been,

more than likely the kids will eat chocolate before breakfast - the only day

they are allowed to lol

and we will have 12 here for tea.

Roast lamb or beef & chicken, vegies and home made steamed plum pudding with custard..

yes this does sound like a Christmas day dinner,

but my mum makes the steamed christmas pudding every year, and makes 2.

we have one Christmas day, and then 2nd for easter.

Its been wrapped in pudding cloth and hanging all this time

waiting to be eaten Sunday

Its the only other time we have all the family here for a meal,

but 4 will be missing ...

more pudding for us lol
