back to doing my 2 favourite things ...

this is Just Nans Voilet Humbug

almost finished in time

for easter ..this year !

and I have a whole Sunday

to myself ... no work, soccer, running kids around

so I cooked ...

banana bread

which is so nice warmed for breakfast

 A lemon tart ..

which when cooking it

is more like a cheesecake which

I dont think should be cooked

so we will wait and see tonight

when I serve it for dessert

 and since I was playing

the Domestic goddess ..

I made Nigellas

maderia cake ..

smell so nice with the lemon in it ...

this afternoon I hope to almost finish the violet humbug..if

not closer to it ...

mum is coming up for tea ..roast chicken and

the lemon tart ... i do have ice cream as a back up ..lol
